May 11-13 in New York City, Louise Sammons RN., Ed.D., M.P.H. of TMS Solutions, will present her observations of two years running a post TMS group for patients who had completed rTMS at the Clinical TMS Society Annual Meeting.  Dr. Sammons found that the patients who completed TMS therapy with a significant improvement in their depression often had issues returning to activities and interactions they used to have. Dr. Sammons details many of the issues dealt within group therapy in hopes it will help clinicians be sensitive to and be prepared to discuss these issues with their patients. A copy of Dr. Sammons??poster session will be available after her presentation on May 12th. In addition, she will also post a paper discussing in detail the observations in her poster and the genesis of some of the more unique approaches she used.
